Overview

A recipe is a bunch consisting of different varieties of flowers. Standing Orders can be created using Recipes' products. Notwithstanding, certain restrictions may apply.

Roles enabled to perform this action: Admin, Sales Manager, Sales, Procurement Manager, Allocations.

Tips

• You have the option to send prebooks as e-mails directly using the button called E-mail located between Print & New Order
• Customer information details will be displayed at the right side for your convenience

A Recipe can be added to Komet from the Product Setup. For further information please read Product Recipes.

How to Add a Recipe to a SO

A recipe can be added to a SO like any product. Each product line type Recipe will be marked with a blue star icon. Recipes can be both added from the boxes and the units tabs.

Click on the Blue Star icon to see the Recipe details, including labor & materials.

Warning

Growers can only confirm orders according to a limit set by users in which users establish how many days in advance a Grower can confirm a Purchase Order. This is done in case there are changes that need to be done to that order. For more information you can visit: How to set a limit on Purchase Order Confirmations

Assorted Products with Recipes

Assorted Products can have Recipes within its breakdown. Click on the yellow star icon to see the breakdown. Products with recipes can be identified with a blue star icon.

Warning

Once you add a Recipe product, it cannot have a breakdown in itself.

The assorted product lines that contain Recipes will be identified with the traditional yellow star icon. Once you click on it to see the details, Recipes will be identified with the blue star.
