Warning: The Production window will only be available for users having the role of Grower Company. To enable this role go to Setup>>Users, click on Edit, in the Actions column and check the Grower Company.(Click on the image to see the details).

Create a Production Card

  1. Go to Grower>>Production.

  1. The Production Card Summary screen will open, click on the Add Production Card green button.

  2. The Production Card Summary screen will open, click on the Add Production Card green button.

  1. The Add/Edit Production Card window will open, enter the required information such as product name, density, sowing date and disbud date. Once you have finished click on Save. Notice that once you enter the sowing and disbud dates, the system will calculate all the estimated and real dates in the table below. The Estimated Production is calculated as follows: Flower Density x Bed Factor x Productivity (if the productivity, density, or bed percentage are modified (Data Sheets Management), the system will calculate the Corrected Production.

Delete or Edit Production Cards

  1. Go to the Production Card Summary screen, once you are there, use the available filters to search for Productions Cards already created. Go to the Actions column and click on the trash caicon to delete a Production Card, or click on the icon with a sheet of paper to edit it.

  1. Once you click on Edit, the Add/Edit Production Card window will open, make the necessary changes and click on Save once you have finished.

Print Production Cards

Production Cards can be printed massively. Follow the next instructions:

  1. Click on the Actions gray button>>Print Productions Cards.

  1. Once you click on Print Production Cards, the Send Email window will open. The system by default will send to the logged user an email with a link to download a PDF file with the production cards. However, in this window, there is a field where is possible to enter additional email addresses (separated by semicolons) in order to send them a copy of the production cards. Click on Send to finish.

Info: The system allows printing production cards individually. For doing that, go to the Actions column and click on the Print Icon. A pdf with the production card will download.

Identify When a Cut is Completed

Once a product has successfully been cut you can register it in the system. Open the Add/Edit Production Card window, check the box Full Cut and click on Save.

Note that once the full cut box has been checked, the system will mark the Full Cut column in the Production Card Summary window.
