The first step is to download the Excel file with your hard goods products. Notice that the system also gives you the option of downloading an empty template to create Hard Goods from scratch.
If you want to only update information in your master product list, proceed to step 5 (updated you Excel file and upload it into the system).

The Update Inventory option will affect hard goods records available in the Hard Goods Inventory screen. The system may add new products and/or overwrite existing selling prices and costs for the products identified in the Excel file you are uploading. For this process, the system will consider the internal product Id, meaning that all products available in the inventory will be updated, even if the hard good product description has been changed from the hard goods setup screen.

An email notification will be sent with the results of the importing process. If the process is successful, an email will be sent to the logged user. If some register cannot be uploaded, the system will email a link with the discrepancy details and the reasons for the importation interruption.

Once the information is uploaded, we recommend you to validate if the information has been correctly imported into the Setup>>Products>>Hard Goods and Inventory>>Pricing>>Hard Goods Inventory screens.
Update Hard Goods Inventory - Multilocation Companies
The process for updating hard goods inventory in multilocation companies is the same. The only difference is that when selecting the Update Inventory option (step 5), the system will give you the option of selecting the locations for which the existing inventory should be updated. You can select All for updating prices and costs of available inventory in all the locations at once.
