How to request the sell by the bunch feature

Go to Setup>>Settings.

Click on Sell by the Bunch in E-commerce under the E-commerce section.

Enter your email address in the pop-up window and click on Send.

A Komet Sales representative will contact you to explain the terms of this feature. Once you agree with them, our support team will enable the add-on for your account.




How to set it up

 The next step is to set up the option per company or location, set a per-bunch markup and choose whether you want to offer your assorted products as bunches or not.

Go to Setup>>Settings>>E-commerce Settings ( For multilocation companies go to Setup>>Locations. Select the location and then, click on E-commerce Settings).

The E-commerce Settings window will pop-up.

Set the next options:

  •  enter here a percentage (integer) to mark up (increased) the selling price of products when they are sold by the bunch.
  •  when this option is checked, products within assorted bunches will also be offered by the bunch in e-commerce.


Important

Once the first bunch in an assorted box is ordered, it will no longer be available as a mixed box and must be sold by the bunch.
