This option is to activate the Inbound Truck Freight for your company and to activate the functions related to this feature: Inbound Truck Freight under the Tracking tab and Inbound Truck Freight Reconciliation under the A/P tab.

To activate the Inbound Truck Freight:

Go to Setup > Settings > Shipping > Inbound Truck Freight.

Check the Enable Inbound Truck Freight option and enter the percentage for the Fuel Surcharge if needed.

Finally, click on Save.

Once you enable the Inbound Truck Freight, the next step is setup the cube rate for each carrier. Go to Setup>>Carriers, and click on Edit for a given carrier.

The Add-Edit Carrier window will open, check the box Inbound in carrier type, and enter the Cube Rate. Then click on Save.

Inbound Truck Freight in Multilocation Companies

After enabling the Inbound Truck Freight option (explained above), the cube rate per carrier must be set up, for doing that, follow the next steps:

Go to Setup>>Locations

Ui step
Click on Carriers, in the Actions column for a given location.

Ui step
The Edit carriers window will open. For those carriers type Inbound, the cube Rate field will be available. Enter it, and hit the enter key to finish.
