Print Single BOLs
To print a single Bill of Lading, do the following instructions:
Go to Shipping and select Order Summary.
Search and select the order you are printing.
Click on the Actions button and select the Print BOL-Single.
Select the printer you will use for the BOL. You can print the file to a PDF or an existing remote printer. If you want to set up a printer, read Manage Remote Printers.
Click on Print.

Print Consolidated BOLs
To consolidate multiple orders into one Bill of Lading (BOL), first select the orders you want to include. Then, follow the steps for printing a single BOL, but click the "Print BOL-consolidated" link instead of "Print BOL-Single.” After clicking the "Print" button, the system will generate a consolidated BOL, including all selected orders.
What are the criteria for consolidating several orders in a single BOL?
To consolidate multiple orders in a single BOL, the following information must be identical for each order:
Customer
Ship To
Truck Date
Carrier
Print BOLs Grouped by Carriers
To print multiple BOLs grouped by the carrier, select the orders and click "Print BOL Grouped by Carrier." The system will generate a BOL with customer info, pieces, dimensions, and more.
What are the criteria for consolidating several orders in a single BOL?
To consolidate multiple orders in a single BOL, the following information must be identical for each order:
Customer
Ship To
Truck Date
Carrier

How are products grouped when consolidating BOLs? Regardless of the product description, products will be consolidated as Fresh Cut Flowers if such an option was previously activated. Who printed the BOLs? Hover the mouse over the BOL column to check who printed a BOL document. The system will display information about the date, time, and user who printed the BOL. |
