This option will restrict salespeople so they only see the customers associated with them. Through the whole system. Salespeople will only be allowed to create orders for their customers.


Context

The system by default allows users with sales roles to access all the customer's accounts and create orders for them, even if they are not directly associated to them. When this option is enabled, salespeople will only see customers associated to them as salesperson from the customer account.

Ui step

Go to Setup > Users > Company Users.


Ui step

 Use filters to "Search" for the user.


Ui step

 Go under the Actions column and click on "Edit".


Ui step

 Select the "Options" tab.


Ui step

 Enable the option named Do not allow access to Customers' E-commerce.


Ui step

 Click on Save.
