Overview

Users are able to set a day limit for growers, in order to control how many days in advance a Purchase Order can be confirmed by growers. This is helpful in case any changes need to be done to that Purchase Order.

In order to do this, follow these steps:

Go to Setup > Settings and locate the Purchase Orders section. Click on Purchase Order Options.

This option will allow users to:

  • Restrict confirmations when clicking on the check box: Restrict PO confirmation.
  • Set a number of days for the Purchase Order to be restricted or limited.
