titlePrint Shipping and Inventory Labels

The system allows to print both Inventory Labels or Shipping Labels, depending if the product is already billed or not.

  1. Go to Tracking>>AWB Summary.
  2. Use the available filters to find the AWB for which you want to print the labels.
  3. Click on the number of boxes displayed on each column. Once you click on print (regardless the column), the system will validate the invoicing status of each box. If the box is already billed, the system will print the Shipping Labels, on the contrary, if the box is not billed yet, the system will print the Inventory Labels. If within the same column, there are boxes billed and don't billed, the system will print first the Inventory Labels of the non billed boxes.
  4. The system will ask you to select two criteria for sorting the labels (you just have to select one criterion, the second is optional).
  5. Click on Print to finish.
