In order to set up the ports of origin for your company, please follow the next steps:

Go to to Setup>>Settings>>Company tab.

  Under the shipping title, click on   Click on Manage Ports. 


Ui step

 The Manage Ports window will open, from this window you can see the ports the company has added. By going to the Actions column you will be able  Select the action from the Actions column to edit or delete a given port. To add a port, click on on Add a new port.


Ui step

 Enter the information of the new port in the Add/Edit Port window. After you have completed the information, click on Save.

 


Setting up the ship days before the truck day per location

Since the date for a product to arrive can vary for each location even if they come from the same port of origin, the system allows you to set up the transit days per each port on a per-location basis. To do so, please follow the next steps:

Go to Setup>>Settings.


Ui step

 In the Locations Tab, select a location, then go to the Shipping title and click on Manage ports.


Ui step

For a given port, go to the Ship Days before the Truck Date column, enter the number of transit days, and hit the enter key to confirm. Once you have finished click on Close.
