Overview

Users are able to set a number of days for Growers in order to limit how many days in advance a grower can confirm a Purchase Order. This is done in case there are changes that need to be done to that Purchase Order

In order to do this, follow this instructions:

Ui step

Go to Setup > Settings and locate the Purchase Orders section. Click on Purchase Order Options


Ui step

This option will allow users to:

  • Restrict confirmations when clicking on the check box: Restrict PO confirmation
  • Set a number of days for the Purchase Order to be restricted or limited.
