The receiving process allows you to scan shipment boxes as received in your warehouse systems. The K2K Receiving works the same way: A buyer company that purchases items from a vendor company using K2K can receive its boxes by scanning the barcode for the vendor's shipping labels.

There are some special considerations you must take into account as a buyer company when you receive your vendor boxes: 

• If you vendor company uses a Label prefix, you must be carefully how the labels are scanned in the receiving process. Please check with your vendor for its label specifications to avoid any mismatching during the receiving process.
• Boxes from the same vendor that were purchased via phone or via the vendor's eCommerce website will not have the K2K mark and will not scan in.
