Go to Shipping>>Order Summary.

Ui step
Use the available filters to find the orders for which the file will be generated. To generate this file, the order must have a Ref # set (Set Export Information option).

Ui step
Go to the Actions column and click on Tampa Cargo Report. The system will generate a .txt file per each Ref #. Download an example.
