The system allows to decide whether cubes information should be included on your invoices. These options can be set up under Invoice Options.

Ui step

 Go to Setup > Settings > Order Entry and click on Invoice Options.

The "Invoice Options" window will appear. Notice there are two available options:

  • Print Cubes on Invoice: Enabling this option will print the total cubes on the invoice.
  • Print Cubes on Invoice Item Lines: Enabling this option will print the single box cubes after the product description for each item line on invoices.


Customer Exceptions

When the Print Cubes on Invoice Item Lines setting is enabled, the system will allow to make exceptions per customer, so the cubes are not printed per line. This setting will appear under Customer Advanced options>> Do not Print Cubes on Invoice Item Lines.



Ui step

 Select the desired options and click on Save to finish.
