The Inventory Valuation Summary report is a PDF file that includes the inventory status in a specify date.

If you generate this report until a date previous to the current day, the system will include the information until the end of the selected day. But if you choose to generate the report until the current day, the system will take data only until the moment when the report is generated including future orders, that's why it's strongly recommended to generate this report at the end of the day.

 
This Report Includes
  1. Product in the Staging Area: available by the selected date (based on the Ship Date of the Product).
  2. Open market Items: available in the inventory by the selected date.
  3. Inventory in units: available in the inventory in units by the selected date.
  4. Future Inventory: products already billed with a Ship Date after the selected date.

 

Instructions

In order to generate the Inventory Valuation Report,  please do as follow:

Go to Reports.

 Click on Inventory Reports.

Ui step

 Filter by "date from" and "date to". Select a Date in the past in the filters. Make sure of selecting the same date in the Inventory Date From and Inventory Date To filters.
