Go to Setup > Customers.

 Search for the customer that you want to setup the Days of Service for.

 Click on the Edit icon located under the Actions column. This will open the customer details window.

 Click on the Days of Service tab.

 Click on the "Select" located next to the day of the week that you want to set the Carrier for.

 The Day of Service window will appear. Click on the carrier's name and click on the "Save" button. The carrier name will appear next to the day of the week.

Go to Setup >> Customers.

 Use the available filters to search for the customers for which you want to set up the Days of Service massively. You must use at least one filter.

 Click on Days of Service Mass Update

 The Mass Update Days of Service window will open. Enter the carrier for each day and once you have finished click on Process.

A confirmation window will open informiing informing the number of customer customers for which the days of service will be updated. Enter the word Confirm and click on OK.

The Day of Service window will appear. Click on the carrier's name and click on the "Save" button. The carrier name will appear next to the day of the week. A confirmation window will appear at the lower - right corner of the screen. The information previously saved for each customer will be overriden with the information entered. Leaving a day empty, will cause the system will to keep the previous information.
