Go to Setup>>Customers.

 Go to the Actions column for a particular customer ( you can also use the filters to search).

Click on the drop-down menu "More Actions" and click on Delete.

 The system will ask you for a confirmation:

 The next confirmation message will appear at the lower right of the screen:

When a customer has transactions in the system the next message will appear after clicking on Yes in the confirmation screen.

Go to Setup>>Customers

Go to the Actions column for a particular customer and click on the More Actions drop-down menu.

Click on Locations.

From the following left-hand checkboxes, you can associate or dissociate a location to the customer, and from the right-hand checkboxes, you can select if the location associated will be available in the Customer's E-commerce.
