How Does this Option Work for Users?

This option will work when users try to print PDF documents of Prebooks and Invoices individually or massively from the Order Summary and Prebook Summary tabs. Also while sending those documents by email. This option does not work for BOLs, CCI, PODs, etc.

Once you click on Print, the system will ask you if you want to distribute the Additional Charges thorugh the items in the order, if this is the case, check the box Distribute Additional Charges. Leaving the box unchecked, the additional charges will appear as separate lines in the invoice. Once the option is selected, you will be able to choose if the additional charges descriptions must be displayed or not.
