The system allows to set up different statuses for your Prebooks, according to your sales team's operation. The status for Prebooks will apply for Prebooks created as of the activation of this option. The existing Prebooks will be visible in all the screens.

Go to Setup>>Settings.

Ui step

Click on Prebook Status, under Prebooks & SO's options.

Ui step

 Check the Enable Prebook Status option.

Ui step

 A new chart will appear where you will be able to create, edit, activate, deactivate and delete the status for the Prebooks created as of the setting is activated.

Go to Setup>>Settings.

Ui step

Click on Prebook Status, under Prebooks & SO's options.

Ui step

Click on Add new status.

Ui step

 Enter the status name and check the options you want to have for this status:

DefaultThis will be the status for Prebooks as soon as they are created. Only one status can have this option enabled.
Procurement VisiblePrebooks with this status enabled will appear on purchasing screens.
Show as Ref # on POPrebooks with this status enabled will be included on the Purchase Orders as Reference Number.
Show on Sales ScreensPrebooks with this status enabled will be visible on Sales screens.
ActiveIndicates wheter the status is activated or not.

Click on Save to finish.

The system allows to delete a status so it will not be longer visible. Before you remove a status it is important to point out that the Prebooks already created with that status will remain with that status and the restrictions of it.

Go to Setup>>Settings.

Ui step

Click on Prebook Status, under Prebooks & SO's options.

Ui step

Go to the actions column and click on Delete. A confirmation window will appear. Click on Yes to finish.

 

The Default status cannot be delete

Click on Save to finish.
