Users can generate two types of BOLs: single BOLs and consolidated BOLs.


Warning

Remember you can edit some of the data contained in the BOLs. For further information please read Bill of Lading Options.

titlePrinting single BOLs

Please follow the steps below:

Go to Shipping > Order Summary.

Use the available filters to find the order that you want to print the BOL for, and select it.

 Select the button "Actions" and click on the "Print BOL-Single" link.

The system will show a pop-up window called "Print Docs", two options will be available: The "PDF" option to download the shipping labels as a PDF file; you will also have the option to select the printer previously set as the Remote Printer for printing, if applicable. (For details on remote printers settings refer to Manage Remote Printers). To print, select the option and click the Print button.

titlePrinting consolidated BOLs

In the consolidated BOLs, you will be able to associate several orders in one BOL. For doing that, select the orders to print, follow the steps for printing single BOLs but click on the Print BOL-consolidated link instead of Print BOL-Single. Once you click on the Print button, the system will generate a BOL such as:

Notice that each order has its corresponding number and barcode.
