 The system allows users to manage credit cards for your customers. Once you create a credit card, it will be available to be selected when applying Credit Card Payments from the Receive Payments and Order Entry screens.


How to Add a Credit Card

Ui step

 Go to Setup>>Customers.


Ui step

 Use the available filters to find a given customer.


Ui step

 Click on Edit, in the Actions column.


Ui step

 Click on Manage Credit Cards tab.

Click on Add New button. Enter the credit card information and click on Save Card.

How to Delete a Credit Card

 Go to Setup>>Customers.

 Use the available filters to find a given customer.

 Click on Edit, in the Actions column.

 Click on Manage Credit Cards tab.

Click on the X icon, next to the Credit Card you want to delete.


Ui step

A confirmation message will appear. Click on Yes, Delete to finish.
