Follow the instructions in: Create an "E-Commerce" order.

When selecting the ship date the system will display future inventory for that company.

Select the available ship date and product to buy.

After purchasing a product from Future Inventory the system will generate a Prebook order. The Prebook generated will not require approval from the Account Manager.

The system shows a Your Cart button where the order can be reviewed. However, it's not possible to edit products already added. If the user wishes to edit any information the product will need to be removed from the shopping cart and added again.

Once done editing the order, click on the Checkout button to submit it. The system will send an email with the Prebook details to the person creating the order and to the Salesperson.

Users will be able to see all orders placed from the "Prebook Summary" tab.

The price for Future Inventory products is the same price as the Standalone Purchase Order product's price. Therefore, if a product has a $0 price in the Purchase Order, the system will not display the product on E-Commerce. The GPM and Price-list information will not apply to any Prebooks generated from future inventory orders placed on E-commerce.
