The system allows you grant a permission by user so they are able to mark manually boxes within a order as completely scanned instead of doing it manually with the scan gun.

Go to Setup > Users > Company Users.

Ui step
Use filters to "Search" for the user.

Ui step
Go under the Actions column and click on "Edit".

Select the "Options" tab.

Ui step
Select the option Print Shipping Docs only as PDF.option Allow manually marking orders as scanned.

Click on Save.
