You can use Komet Sales as a White Label System so your brand appear instead of the Komet Sales brand. You can put your brand for example in the login screen, the URL of the platform, the e-commerce, and customized some of the emails notifications sent to your business partners (see Available Options section). If you want to have White Label, please contact our sales team. If you want to use your own URL, a SSL is necessary as well as a CNAME record for it. The two sections below may guide you through the process.

If you want to show your brand instead of Komet Sales, you can do it through white label set up. The next are the options you can customize according to your company's needs:

• Login Screen: display your company's logo. (Suggested dimensions for the logo 280px X 100px background white. png or jpg. resolution 72dpi).

• Login Screen Background: change the color or show the background you prefer. (Suggested dimensions for the background image 1920px X 1080px or larger)

• Login Restriction: users will only be able to access to your company using your portal, even if they are associated to more companies.
• The URL of the platform: you can customized the URL address to access your platform, online shop, etc. E.g. shop.mycompany.com.
• The favicon and page name: add your site name and logo (favicon).

• The email address from: to send notifications to your partners. E.g. noreply@yourcompany.com.
• Hide Need Help option: you will be able to hide the Need Help? button locate within the platform.

• Customized reset password email: the system allows to set an email in order to reset the password for your users.

Optional options

Additional to the above explained customization (header background, background color, background image, login screen, URL, favicon, etc), you can also add or remove the following elements from your e-commerce:

• Customize E-commerce invitation: the system allows to customize information within the email invitation sent on your behalf to your partners.
• Hide the Komet Sales logo from the footer:   you can also remove upon request the Komet Sales logo from the footer of your e-commerce site.

• Terms of Service: you can show your own terms of service or any other information for your customers in your e-commerce site footer.

You must generate a Security Certificate for the URL you want to appear to access your Komet Account and services. In order to obtain a Security Certificate you must create a KeyStore, a CSR and a Private Key (it is a text file which you must send to support@kometsales.com or to your Komet Sales counselor).

We recommend you to check the documentation of your domain's provider. E.g: comodo, GoDaddy, justhost, etc.

In order to have your own domain, you must also create a Canonical Name (CNAME) to create alias that correspond to existing internet host records.
