This article explains the different dashboards you have available through Komet Analytics. You don't need to login into this platform to visualize these reports since we set up a Single sign-on (SSO) authentication.

titleCustomer 360° View

This dashboard provides customer insights such as top preferred categories and products, sales by month,Year to date growth (%), year to date sales, and more.

How to access it

This dashboard is available from the Add Order screen. Select the customer and you'll see the  Customer 360º View link, under General Customer Information card. Click on it and the dashboard will popup.

titleCustomer Group Analysis

For those customers that belong to a Customer Group, the system provides a consolidated analysis of sales by group, including year to date (YTD) sales,  year to date (YTD) growth, sales by salesperson, sales by inventory type and more.

How to access it

This dashboard is available from the Add Order screen. Select the customer and you'll see the  Customer 360º View link, under General Customer Information card. Click on it and the dashboard will popup.

titleLost Sales Analysis

The purpose of this dashboard is to display the information that is captured by recording a lost sale. The information is presented in the total bunches and total units that could've been sold but were not available when the customer called. Information is updated on a daily basis and by default displays the current and previous week of data. This can be changed using the filters on the right hand side. 

How to access it

As you might know, lost sales can be recorded from anywhere in the system, but for accessing the lost sales analysis dashboard, go to Order Entry>>Add Order and search for the Record a Lost Sale linkOr go to Prebooks & SO's>>Add Prebook and search for the Record Lost Sale link.

titleE-commerce Lost Sales

The purpose of this dashboard is to allow you to learn about products that your customers are looking for in the e-commerce that were not found. We identify this by saving searches that yielded no results. By analyzing this data, you and your team can identify products that your customers want but that you did not have.

How to access it

This dashboard is available from the Order Summary screen. Click on the Analytics button Image Modified and select the option E-commerce Lost Sales. The E-commerce Lost Sales dashboard window will popup.

titlePareto Analysis

This dashboard is based on the Pareto principle, which states that 80% of problems or effects are produced by 20% of causes. The purpose of this dashboard is to answer the question: What customers represent 80% of the company's total sales?
