The user can identify boxes that are on assign boxes, during the Receiving or Inventory Process, to a specific rack position by scanning the label of the rack. |
The user can either select the Receiving or Inventory option on the scan gun to verify scanner, depending on the process they're working on, to assign the position of the boxes on the scanned rack labelto a specific rack.
Instructions
Follow the steps below:
- Login into the scan gun.
- Either select option #1 (Receiving) or option #3 (Inventory). In this case, we will select option #1 (Receiving).
- Select option #1 (By Box).
- Select the option "H" for more options.
- The user will then select the option M (List Boxes on Rack)m
- .
- Scan the rack code.
- Once the user has scanned the rack label of the rack, this will show a list of the boxes on that rack position listed as by Box# and Lot# as shown below with the Total of Boxes listed.
- To continue scanning boxes press the Enter option or the option number "0" (zero) to go back.
