This option allows Grower Companies to manage Data Sheet for the sowing control of products. |
For adding, editing, or deleting data sheets, follow the next instructions:
1) Go to Setup>>Products.
2) Click on the manage data sheet link.

3) The Manage Data Sheet window will display, from this window you can Add new Data Sheet, and Edit and Delete existing data sheets. For Edit or Delete existing Data Sheet, go to the Actions column and click on the desired option.

4) For To create a Data Sheet, click on the Add Data Sheet green button. The Add/Edit Data Sheet window will open. Enter the required fields and click on Save. You must complete all the fields.

5) The Data Sheet will be listed in the Manage Data Sheet screen.

The Copy from another Data Sheet option allows you to copy the information from a Data Sheet of an existing product and use it for creating a new Data Sheet (or replace an existing one). For doing that, click on Copy From another Data Sheet in the Add/Edit Data Sheet window. The Copy From another Data Sheet window will open. Search for the product you want to copy the information from and click on Accept, once you do that, the information of the selected product should be loaded in the previous screen.
