Komet allows you to set the Payment Terms when creating a customer and this can help you as a guide through the system when selling products to that customerknow if a customer with Pre-payment terms pay or not before sending the products from warehouse. |
When setting the ayment payment terms of a customer as a Prepaid Pre-payment or 1% Prepay, the system will show a warn in the Shipping tab to advice the warehouse that the product should be paid before shipping.
To set this option please follow the instructions below:
- Go to Setup > Customers > Look for the field "Terms".
- Here you will find the terms that Komet has for you to select depending on your customers.
- Once you choose one, click Select the Pre-payment or 1% Prepay to the customer. Finally click on Save. You will have this term
