The system will take as default the Unit Type field chosen, once the product is selected under Standing Orders, Prebooks, Purchase Orders Stand Alone and Adding Inventory.

This option is for customers who want to have the Unit Type populated automatically when selecting the product on the system. 

To set this option for each product follow the next instructions:

  1. Go to the “Setup Setup > Products”Products tab.
  2. Then, search the product to set this option for and go to Actions column, click on Edit link.



  3. Go to Default Unit Type option and select the unit type preferred for that particular product. Click on Save to finish.


  4. Once a default unit type is activated the system will auto populate the unit type when selecting the product under Standing Orders, Prebooks, Purchase Orders, Stand Alone and Adding Inventory.
