The Days of Service tab within the customer account allows you to setup the carrier that will be used by default on a any given day of the week for a specific customer. 

To setup the days of service for a customer follow these steps:

  1. Go to Setup > Customers.

  2. Search for the customer that you want to setup the days Days of service Service for.

  3. Click on the edit Edit icon located under the Actions column. This will open the customer details window.



  4. Click on the Days of Service tab.

  5. Click on the "Select" located next to the day of the week that you want to set the "Days of Service" for Carrier for.

  6. The Day of Service window will appear. Click on the carrier's name and click on the "Save" button. The carrier name will appear next to the day of the week.
