The system will allow allows the user to select an existing product when setting up the item. This product will be used when the box is add a specific product name to products to be used after these are converted from boxes to units.

This option is for customers who need that companies needing their products to have a different name once the box is openopened and converted into units. 

  1. Go to Setup > Then select Products tab
  2. Go to the "Actions" column and click on the Edit link next to the product wanted. 

  3. The system Add product window will show a pop up. In the Rollup Product field enter the name of the product that you want to see be shown when opening boxes for that product. When you put the mouse over the field the system shows you a brief description of this option. 

  4. Finally, clink click on Save.
  5. This applies when The Roll Up Product Name will appear once the box is manually opened in from the Order Entry screen and also or when the box is automatically opened.
