In this part of the system you will learn how to add the freight cost for your hard goods PO's hard goods.

When you are going to make a purchase order for hard goods just as well as the other products you normally order have a freight cost. When you make a Standalone PO you can put the additional charges when creating the PO.

Instructions

Follow the steps below

can be added.

Freight costs for hard goods can be added when creating a Standalone PO.

Adding the Freight Cost for Hard Goods on PO's:

  1. Go to Purchase Orders tab > subtab Add PO.
  2. Click on Standalone POs.


  3. Fill in the general information requested: Vendor, Carrier, Truck Date, Vendor Ship Date and Customer, add special instructions to the Po PO if needed. Click  and Click on Save.



  4. Select the Hard Goods tab and select the product, put in the ref # and quantity .Select and click on Save.



  5. Click on "Add Additional Charges"on  under the PO general order information, put the Freight Charge and Close.



  6. You will then see the additional charges applied on the PO, this will show on the order when you print it, as shown below.
