The system will default will take as default the Unit Type field you choosechosen, once the product is selected in following screens under Standing Orders, Prebooks, Purchase Orders Stand Alone and Adding Inventory. |
This option is for customers that who want to have the Unit Type populated automatically when selecting the product on the system.
To set this option for each product follow the next instructions:
- Go to the “Setup > Products” tab.
- Then, search the product you want to set this option for and go to Actions column, click on Edit link.
- Go to Default Unit Type option and select the unit type you prefer preferred for that particular product. Click on Save to finish.
- Once you activate a default unit type is activated the system will auto populate the unit type when selecting this the product in screens for under Standing Orders, Prebooks, Purchase Orders, Stand Alone and Adding Inventory.
