Reopening an AWB

Sometimes changes after an AWB has been closed may be necessary. To Open an AWB:

1. Go to Tracking >AWB Summary 
2. Search for the AWB needed.
3. Once it appears, go to the "Actions Column" > Edit > Open
4.  The AWB is now open for changes.

Tracking an AWB:

1. Go to Tracking > AWB Summary.

2. Enter the specific AWB number, click on Search.

Setting AWB Options:

Freight Cost

The system will allow

the user to upload multiple invoices to each AWB and recalculate Freight cost.

Besides, it will automatically roll up all of the invoices in order to calculate the total for the AWB and then prorate the total across the system to recalculate the new freight cost of the items.

 To set the freight cost for an AWB:

1. Go to the Freight column and click on "Set AWB Freight Cost".

   
   
   

2. To enter  the AWB invoice click on the "Upload AWB Invoice" link. 

   
   
3. Enter the requested information: Vendor, Invoice #, Type, Amount, Invoice date and Description. Then, upload or drag the file to the system. 
   
   

4. Click on Save.

5. The system will show the invoices and calculate automatically the Freightcalculate the Freight automatically.
   
   
   
   
   
6. The system will have a Invoice status Column with a Pending Approval status after uploading the invoice.
   
   
7. You have the There will be an option to approve invoices by going to the "Actions" column and select the option "Approve AWB Cost". 
   
   
   

8. To edit an existing cost, click on "Change Freight Cost" and set the cost. 

Label printing

Click on the AWB number to view the AWB details. A window will appear with the AWB details where labels can be printed by clicking on the "Print Labels" link.

AWB Ship Date and Arrival date

1. To change AWB dates, go to the Actions column and click on Edit.
2. Change the ship date and the arrival date (Changing changing the arrival date will update all the inventory items from this AWB) and click on Save.
