AWB notes are useful to keep the warehouse team up to date on what's happening with all the incoming inventory.

Instructions

Each note will be linked to the user that posted the comment and the date and time that each comment was published on. To add notes to an AWB please follow the steps below:

Go

to

to Tracking > AWB Summary

and

 and search for the AWB that you want to add a note to.

Under the "Actions" column locate the comment icon and click on it.

On the comments section type in the note and then click on save.
