A customer can be deleted from the system, provided that the customer does not have transaction records in the system. 1) Go to Setup>>Customers. 2) Go to the Actions column for a particular customer ( you can also use the filters to search). 3) Click on the drop-down menu "More Actions" and click on Delete. 4) The system will ask you for a confirmation 5) The next confirmation message will appear at the lower right of the screen:

1) Activate a customer: the system allows also deactivate a customer. For deactivate a customer click on the drop-down menu in the Actions column for a particular customer and click on Deactivate.
2) Activate a Customer: Once you are in the Customers tab, click on Search. In the status filter,filter select select Inactive and click on Search. 3.) The system will display all the inactive customers. Click on the drop-down menu in the Actions column for a particular customer and click on Activate. |

The system allows associating company's locations to a particular customer and showing or hiding the company's locations on the customer's E-commerce. 1) Go to Setup>>Customers 2) Go to the Actions column for a particular customer and click on the More Actions drop-down menu. 3) Click on Locations. 4) From the following left-hand checkboxes, you can associate or dissociate a location to the customer, and from the right-hand checkboxes, you can select if the location will be available in the Customer's E-commerce.
