The system allows for mapping of products that have not been associated in Komet Sales from the Prebook Summary screen. |
The orders that have some products without mapped attributes will be highlighted in red and the user will be able to easily map the products.
Follow the next steps when having products without mapping:
- Click on the yellow warning sing.
- A pop up called "Order Details" will appear. Click on the "Click here" link to start the mapping process for the lines.
- Then, the system will show a pop up called "Object Mapping" to continue with the mapping process. Enter the name in the system for the product that is not mapped and press Tab key. The system will automatically link the unknown product with the product on the system that you selected.
- Once you finish mapping the products just close the window.
