Product aliases allow for products to appear with an Alias in the printed invoice and labels as requested by the customer rather than the full product description from the Master Product List. |

Enabling Product Aliases
Go to Setup > Settings > Order Entry > Order Entry Options > Check the "Enable product aliases" and save.
Once the Product Aliases is enabled the product alias will appear on the printed shipping labels and invoice.
To addAdding Product Aliases
Go to Setup > Products > Click on "Product Aliases".
The Product Aliases data will appear. In this screen, new Product Aliases can be added by clicking on the "Add Product Alias".
Editing Product Aliases
Existing Product Aliases can be edited by going to the actions column and clicking the Edit link. A pop up window will appear displaying editable information.
Adding a Product Alias from
the Adda Prebook
TabProduct Aliases can be added from the within a Prebook Tab.
- Go to Add Prebook > Add Product Alias.
- Once the "Add Product Alias" link is clicked a pop up window will appear for the user to enter the product alias as per the customer's request.
