The user can assign boxes , during the Receiving or Inventory Process, to a specific rack position by scanning the label of the rack. |
The user can either select the Receiving or Inventory option on the scanner, depending on the process they're working on, to assign the position of the boxes to a specific rack.

For Assigning a Rack Position
Follow the steps below:
- Login into the scan gun.
- Either select Select option #1 #5 (Receiving) or option #3 (Inventory). In this case, we will select option #1 (Receiving).
Update Box Location). - Select option #1 (By Box).
- Select the option "H" for more options.
- The user will then select the option M (List Boxes on Rack)
- Scan the rack code.
- Once the user has scanned the rack label, this will show a list of the boxes on that rack position by Box# and Lot# as shown below with the Total of Boxes listed.
- To continue scanning boxes press the Enter option or option "0" (zero) to go back.
