This option will allow the user to see the customer call list day by day on the selling screen (Order Entry) according to the customer's "Days of Service". 

Any person with an administrator role will be able to set this option for the Sales Team so each person will see it on the selling screen.

Call list setup

To activate this option follow the steps below:

  1. Go to Setup > Users and click on "Company".  Under the "Actions" column click on Edit to view the user options.

     2.  Click on the Options tab, check the Use call list option and save.

Days of service

Any sales person is able to setup the customer's "Days of Service" by going to the customer dashboard that he/she want to set this option for. Locate the Days of service tab and select the carrier for each day.

Once the Days of Service option is set the system will automatically display the "Call list for today" every time the sales person enters to the Order Entry > Add Order screen.

On the "Call list for Today" screen, the sales person can select the day and check the customer when is contacted.
