Overview

Komet allows to their the E-Commerce users to export in an Excel file, all their detailed purchases in real time.

Instructions

To get this file, please follow the next steps after you login into Komet Sales with your username and password:to Komet Sales.

1. Select the company you are going to work with, if you work with more than one companypurchase from. 
2. Go to E-Commerce > Purchased Items tab.
3. Filter the desired information accordingly (i.e. by order date, carrier, status).
4. Click on Export to Excel button.
   
   
   
   
5. After that, Once the file has downloaded file it should look like this:
   
   
   
   
6. At the end of the file, you will find a brief description for each displayed column in the file:
