Komet Sales allows for administrators to restrict access to the system by an IP address for set IP restriction access to their Komet Sales company account for specified company users so that they can only see the information of the company from known locationsaccess their Komet Sales account from approved specified IP addresses.

 

Instructions

Follow these steps:

  1. Go to Setup > Settings.
  2. Under "Company Setup" click on IP Restrictions.



  3. The IP Restrictions window will open up, here you can manage all the valid IP addresses that a Komet Sales account can be accessed from.
  4. In the "Description" field enter the description of the IP that you would like to view, search for to Edit or Delete. Click on Search.

    Note

    Keep in mind that the IP restrictions will only apply to the Company Users that have this feature enabled.

  5. You can add a "New IP Restriction" if new IP address if needed by clicking on the green "New IP Restriction" green button.
  6. Enter the "IP" address and "Description" in the respective fields. Click on Save
