Flowers can be bought from different countries or specific regions, as the diversity of flowers is possible thanks to the different soil conditions found worldwide. Adding regions of origin to your categories will help organize the procurement team by regions or help them identify where those product should be bought from.

Adding new Regions of Origin or editing existing ones is simple by following the steps below:

• Go to Setup > Settings > Shipping and select the Regions of Origin option.

• Fill the fields on top of the grid to add a new category, once you're done click on the green "Add" button.

• To edit or delete a particular region of origin go under the "Actions" column and click on the option you need.

To start tagging your categories follow the instructions below:

• Go to Setup > Products and click on the "Categories" link.

• Search for the category that you want to add regions of origin to and then click on "Edit".

• On the edition screen locate the "Region of Origin" field and start typing in the region that you want to link the category to. Hit the enter key and they will be displayed as tags on the product categories. Notice that you can also add new regions of origin from this screen.

Once it's all set any procurement user will be able to filter by region of origin on the Bulk Purchasing Mode in case they want to create their POs based on the origin of the items on the product needs.
