Overview

This option will allow the user to see the customer call list day by day on the selling screen (Order Entry) according to the customer's "Days of Service". The admin has to setup the "Use Call List" option to allow the sales person to see it.Any person with an administrator role will be able to set this option for the Sales Team so each person will see it on the selling screen.

Call list setup

To activate this option follow the steps below:

  1. Go to Setup > Users to see the user's list. Go under the actions column and click on edit to activate the Use call listoption to any user you want. and click on "Company".  Under the "Actions" column click on Edit to view the user options.

     2.  Click on the Options tab, check the Use call list option and save.

Tip The sales person can also

 

 

Days of service

Any sales person is able to setup the customer's "Days of Service" by going

to "Home> Dashboard", check up the Top ten Customers widget, select the customer you would like to set the option for, then click on the 

to the customer dashboard that he/she want to set this option for. Locate the Days of service tab and select the carrier for each day.

Once the Days of Service option is set up, the sales person can automatically view the customer's call list on Order Entry> Add Order.
             use_call_list_5.pngImage Removed     4.  On the system will automatically display the "Call list for today" every time the sales person enters to the Order Entry > Add Order screen.

On the "Call list for Today" screen, the sales person can select the day and check the customer when is contacted.
