This report allows company users to keep track of their sales by type of product, including sales in boxes, units and hard-goods. |
Instructions
The Sales by Item Summary Report reports report can be generated in Excel or PDF format. This report includes items in boxes, units, and harg-goodshardgoods. To download this report, follow the steps below:
- Go to Reports -> Product Report
- Specify the Order Date From and Order Date To. You can also filter it by Salesperson, Category and Product.
- Click on the PDF or Excel icon to generate the Sales by Item Summary report.
This report includes the following columns:
- Category: Product category
- Variety: Product variety
- Grade: Product grade. Does not apply to hard good items.
- FBE: Full box equivalent. Does not apply to hard good items.
- Total Units: Total Units SoldsSold
- Unit Type: Stem or Bunch. Does not apply to hard good items.
- Amount: Total amount sold
- Sales %: Percentage that it represents in the total sales.
- Average Price : Average unit price.
- Cost: Total Cost
- COGS: Cost of goods sold.
- AWB Freight: AWB Freight. Does not apply for hard good items.
- Average COGS: Average cost of goods sold.
- Gross Profit: Total gross profit.
- GPM %: Gross Profit Margin.
