Users can generate two types of BOLs: single BOLs and consolidated BOLs.

Remember you can edit some of the data contained in the BOLs. For further information please read Bill of Lading Options.

Please follow the steps below:

In the consolidated BOLs, you will be able to associate several orders in one BOL. To do that, select the orders to print, follow the steps for printing single BOLs but click on the Print BOL-consolidated link instead of Print BOL-Single. Once you click on the Print button, the system will generate a BOL such as:

Notice that each order has its corresponding number and barcode.

In the grouped by carrier BOLs, you will be able to print the information in the BOL grouped by customer name with the information of the city, shipper account, pieces, box dimensions, Ref #, Order number, Customer PO# and the Order barcode for each line. To do that, select the orders to print, follow the steps for printing single BOLs but click on the Print BOL Grouped by Carrier link instead of Print BOL-Single. Once you click on the Print button, the system will generate a BOL such as:

Notice that each order has its corresponding number and barcode.

To check who printed a BOL document, over the mouse over the BOL column. The system will  display information about the date, time, and user who printed the BOL.
