The system allows editing a Prebook (Unless the Prebook is already associated with a PO, in this case, the system will allow you to edit just the price).


Instructions

  1. Go to Prebooks & SOs and select Prebook Summary.
  2. Click on Standard View.
  3. Search the Prebook you are editing.
  4. Click on Edit from the Actions column. This will take you to the Add Prebook screen.
  5. edit the Prebook information. If you want to change the Quantity and the Price you will be able to do it immediately, or if you want to change details as Box Type, Unit Type, Vendor, go to the Actions column and click on Edit.

info: If the Prebook is already associated with a PO, the system will allow you to edit just the price. (To make an exception, activate the user setting Allow Price Changes on Purchased Items).
