Go to
Setup > Customers Ui step Search for the customer account, under the Actions column
Setup and select
Edit
Customers.

The "Customer Information" window will pop up.
Ui step
Under the Setup tab, click on the link: "Advanced".
Ui step Under the E-commerce Settings, enter the GPM percentage and click
Search the Customer you are editing.
Click on Edit from the Actions column.
Click on Advanced in the Setup tab.
Enter the GPM percentage in the E-Commerce Settings section.
Click on Save.
