These are the instructions on how to visualize and print UPC information per product line from the Shipping>>Order Summary screen.


Info

UPC information will be visible from the Order Entry only if:

  • The invoice comes from a prebook for which UPC information was added.
  • The invoice and the prebook belong to the same customer.

Instructions

The following are the steps to visualize and print UPC labels from the Shipping>>Order Summary screen.

Login into the system with your username and password.

Ui step Go to Shipping >>
  1. Go to Shipping and select Order Summary.

Use the filter to find a given order.

Ui step

Under the "Actions" column click on the magnifying glass.

Ui step

Hover the mouse over the UPC word, next to the product description. The UPC information will appear. 

Ui stepClick on Print to generate the UPC labels.
  1. Search the order you are printing the labels for.
  2. Click on the Magnifying Glass icon 🔍  in the Actions column.
  3. Hover over the UPC icon next to the product's name in the Product column.
  4. Click on Print.
  5. Enter the number of labels
that you want to print and click on Print to finish.
