The system allows postponing Prebook items from the allocations view. Follow the next instructions to doing so:

Prebooks & SO's>>Prebook Summary.


Ui step

 Click on Allocations View.


Ui step

 Use the available filters to find the product line to postpone


Ui step

 Go to the Actions column and click on Postpone.


Ui step

 The Postpone Item screen will open. Select the date for which you want to postpone the Prebook truck date and click on Save.

Once the product has been postponed, a color indicator will appear on the Prebook Summary screen informing that some items within the Prebook have been postponed.
